Returns Policy

The return of goods is entirely at the discretion of Master Cleaning Supplies Limited.

For returns to be considered, goods must be in their original condition.

Goods to be returned must be reported to Master Cleaning Supplies Limited within 14 days of delivery at the customer's expense.

No goods will be collected unless accompanied by a Master Cleaning Supplies Limited returns note, this must be authorised before goods will be collected.

A Returns Reference Number can be obtained by phoning 01922 453682.

Master Cleaning Supplies Limited reserves the right to charging a handling fee of any goods ordered as a special (e.g. an item that starts with a code XS).

Goods which have been manufactured to customer's requirements (e.g. printed products) cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

The above does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
